The Sports Program was founded to teach the children different types of sports and make them aware of the benefits of doing sports. Examples of such benefits are: getting a better endurance, getting fitter and having fun with their classmates. During the Sports Program, the primary school children get sport lessons from our local and international volunteers, which our leaded by our sports coordinator Luyolo ‘Lloyd’ Sotyato. During these classes the children play a variety of sports such as soccer, volleyball, rugby and hockey. These lessons are given on every morning of the week, except for Friday’s. We teach sports at John Masiza Primary School and Walmer Lower Primary school.
